With a quorum of Council being present, the Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

The Mayor recited the Land Acknowledgement.

Council observed a moment of silent reflection.

The Mayor reminded members of Council of their obligation to declare any pecuniary interest they might have. Councillor Watson declared an indirect pecuniary interest.

    Christina Coulter, Planner, explained the purpose of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment R-02-22 (Moore) and stated that the Notice of Public Meeting was circulated in accordance with the Ontario Planning Act.

Smith as Building Inspector/ By-law Enforcement Officer and Repeal By-law 2018, all be passed, in open council this 6th day of September, 2022 and that the Mayor and the Acting Clerk be directed to sign same and affix the Corporate Seal thereto.
