The Mayor recited the Land Acknowledgement and Council observed a moment of silent reflection.

With a quorum of Council being present, the Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:11 p.m.

The Mayor reminded members of Council of their obligation to declare any pecuniary interest they might have. None were declared.

    Martina Chait-Hartwig, Acting Clerk, explains the purpose of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment R-15-201 and stated that the Notice of Public Meeting was circulated in accordance with the Ontario Planning Act.

     

    Amanda Warren, Planner County of Peterborough, explains the purpose of the proposed Official Plan Amendment 15OP-21013.
