With a quorum of Council being present, the Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

The Mayor recited the Land Acknowledgement.

Council observed a moment of silent reflection.

The Mayor reminded members of Council of their obligation to declare any pecuniary interest they might have. None were declared.

Deputy Mayor Moher - Concerns regarding modified septic reinspection (September 7, 2021 meeting).

Martina Chait-Hartwig, Acting Clerk, explains the purpose of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment R-13-21 and stated that the Notice of Public Meeting was circulated in accordance with the Ontario Planning Act.

    That By-law 2021-68, being a By-law to amend By-law Number 10-1996, as amended, otherwise known as "Township of Douro-Dummer Comprehensive Zoning By-law" (R-13-21, Roll 020-004-12220) be passed, in open council this 16th day of November, 2021 and that the Mayor and the Acting Clerk be directed to sign same and affix the Corporate Seal thereto.
