With a quorum of Council being present, the Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m.

The Mayor recited the Land Acknowledgement.

Council observed a moment of silent reflection.

The Mayor reminded members of Council of their obligation to declare any pecuniary interest they might have. None were declared.

Note - Any donations are made payable to the Peterborough County Plowmen's Association and recent other township donations have been in the amount of $200. The Reeve and Deputy Reeve will be invited to be our VIP plowing competitors for the September 30th Plowing Match. The location will be announced at a later date.

    That the By-law 2023-25, Being a By-law to amend By-law Number 10-1996, as amended, otherwise known as “The Township of Douro-Dummer Comprehensive Zoning By-law” be passed, in open council this 2nd day of May, 2023 and that the Mayor and the Acting Clerk be directed to sign same and affix the Corporate Seal thereto.
