With a quorum of Council being present, the Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

The Mayor recited the Land Acknowledgement. 

The Mayor announced the recent passing of former Township Reeve Eric Batten. The Council observed a moment of silent reflection.

The Mayor reminded members of Council of their obligation to declare any pecuniary interest they might have. None were declared.
