With a quorum of Council being present, the Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m.

The Mayor recited the Land Acknowledgement and Council observed a moment of silent reflection.

The Mayor reminded members of Council of their obligation to declare any pecuniary interest they might have. None were declared.
