Reason(s) for Special Meeting:

1. The Mayor called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. and stated the reasons for the Special Meeting is regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (Personnel).

2. The Mayor reminded members of Council of their obligation to declare any pecuniary interest they might have. None were declared.
