With a quorum of Council being present, the Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m.

The Mayor recited the Land Acknowledgement.

Council observed a moment of silent reflection.

The Mayor reminded members of Council of their obligation to declare any pecuniary interest they might have. Councillor Johnston declared the pecuniary interest in item 10.5 

Direct pecuniary interest as the request is being made by Councillor Johnston's daughter.
