Reason for Special Meeting:

The Mayor called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. and stated the reasons for the Special Meeting was to allow for the presentation of the First Draft of the 2024 Budget to Council.

The Mayor recited the Land Acknowledgement.

Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest:

The Mayor reminded members of Council of their obligation to declare any pecuniary interest they might have. None were declared.
